Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced, high-performing Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization. This role supports the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran, and focuses on prescriber activation and therapy adoption.

You will engage with cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs to convey clinical data and value propositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience navigating integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Analyze prescribing trends and access landscape to identify growth opportunities and target high-value accounts.
• Manage territory budget including speaker programs and promotional activities.
• Provide compliant and scientifically accurate education to prescribers and stakeholders.
• Execute speaker programs and educational events to drive awareness and adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Health IT to align execution.
