Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization and drive launch excellence for our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3), in patients with rare cardiovascular conditions.

The role emphasizes territory planning, prescriber activation, and cross-functional collaboration, with ~30% travel and a strong clinical depth to navigate complex healthcare systems and drive uptake.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies with access navigation.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Drive prescriber activation and clinical engagement with cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs.
• Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer engagements to drive adoption.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and IDNs to sustain utilization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
