Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization and drive the launch of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will engage prescribers, navigate complex healthcare systems, and accelerate therapy adoption for rare and high-need cardiovascular conditions.

This role requires strategic planning, strong clinical acumen, and a proven track record in launch settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience; launching or expanding complex therapies.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience with IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to prescribers.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to align strategy.
• Represent Arrowhead at meetings and conferences (~30% travel).
• Ensure compliant documentation and CRM reporting.
