Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Senior Manager in Revenue Cycle to provide strategic leadership across patient flow and service lines. You will develop policies, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning with the organization’s mission and financial objectives.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and experience overseeing budgets and performance initiatives within a hospital system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and meet tight timelines.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory guidelines (HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA, etc.).
• Experience with performance improvement initiatives and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple service lines and sites.
• Develop, interpret, and apply departmental policies and workflows.
• Drive process changes identified through Revenue Cycle or audits.
• Plan and implement proactive solutions based on business needs.
• Oversee budgeting controls in partnership with Finance and management.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives with strategic planning and analysis.
