Job summary

The role requires strong acquisition, marketing analytics, SAS/SQL, and storytelling skills, with a focus on optimizing campaigns and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience optimizing campaign performance and acquisition basics.
• Knowledge of marketing channels: direct mail, email, digital, finance center.
• Proficient in SAS/SQL with large data analysis experience.
• Experience with quantitative analytics to inform models/targeting.
• Able to solve complex problems via structured analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).
• Experience in defining business strategy and roadmaps.
• Ability to work across functions and levels to drive results.
• Innovative mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Set department-wide strategies and oversee portfolio trend analysis and risk performance.
• Lead large-scale initiatives to improve risk management, profitability, and control oversight.
• Identify business trends and communicate findings to senior management.
• Coach staff on structuring problems, analysis, and communicating results.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across product, technology, and control functions.
• Oversee targeted marketing campaigns and optimize budget usage.
• Own end-to-end targeting models and upgrade campaigns with latest insights.
• Develop campaign strategies and coordinate with legal/compliance/partners.
• Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting on performance.
• Lead tech projects related to offer capabilities and pre-qualification features.
