Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Strategy & Initiatives Manager to shape global sales performance reporting, analytics, and governance. You will collaborate across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology and regional teams to reconcile data, strengthen governance, and drive scalable centralized reporting and analytics capabilities.

The role requires leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, establishing clear metric definitions, and delivering actionable insights for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define performance metrics and KPI frameworks.
• Experience solving complex analytics and reporting problems with large data sets.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical frameworks and performance measures to improve understanding of business performance.
• Apply quantitative techniques to identify trends, drivers, anomalies and opportunities.
• Reconcile financial, management and operational reporting across disparate sources.
• Establish metric definitions, methodologies, governance and controls for trusted measures.
• Drive centralized reporting across segments and regions with local considerations.
• Establish executive reporting and KPI frameworks for clear visibility into performance.
• Lead complex initiatives across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology and regional stakeholders.
• Shape long-term analytics roadmap and raise analytical capability across the team.
• Builds and executes business initiatives and processes with stakeholders.
