Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, process or project management in financial services.
• Clarify requirements and complete user acceptance testing with team and customers.
• Translate data findings into actionable insights for decisions.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Communicate clearly in writing and speech to influence outcomes.
• Work independently and on teams delivering accurate results on time.
• Create and maintain requirement documents supporting governance and audits.
• Stay current with Bank of America-approved software and apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to customer experience.
• Provide analytical support on strategies using Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, PowerShell, JavaScript, Alteryx, Python, and databases.
• Evaluate data to assess fraud and risk and design mitigation strategies.
• Recommend actions to help the business achieve desired outcomes from data.
• Analyze financial models, market data, and portfolio trends to improve risk, profitability, forecasting, and operations.
• Lead coordination of product performance reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product Management to meet reporting and governance standards.
• Implement scalable automated solutions to support long-term vision.
• Collaborate with team members, customers, and subject matter experts and complete UAT.
