Cambridge Automation in the United States is seeking a seasoned Capture/Proposal Manager to drive frontline growth on ISR and C5ISR defense programs for the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps. You will own capture strategy, competitive positioning, and proposal delivery for multi-million-dollar opportunities.

The role demands coordinating cross-functional teams, rigorous compliance with FAR/DFARS, and a strong track record in winning complex federal proposals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of capture, proposal, or business development experience in DoD environments.
• Experience managing competitive federal proposals.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and the federal acquisition lifecycle.
• Experience supporting ISR, C5ISR, or defense programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field).

Responsibilities

• Lead capture strategy, opportunity shaping, and win strategies across ISR/C5ISR programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure 100% compliance with FAR/DFARS and solicitations.
• Develop cost/price volumes and pricing narratives aligned with FAR/DFARS.
• Lead win/loss analysis and lessons learned.
• Support teaming strategies and subcontractor alignment.
