Job summary

Cambridge Automation seeks a Program Manager to lead mission-critical ISR and C5ISR programs for US Army, Navy, and Marine Corps. You will own CSP, develop IPBs, and serve as the main interface to Government PMs and senior leadership. This frontline role requires direct mission impact with high visibility and accountability.

Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 10+ years in DoD PM, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business/CS. Hybrid/onsite work is possible with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• 10+ years of Program Management in DoD environments.
• Experience managing ISR, C5ISR, or intelligence-focused programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own cost, schedule, and performance accountability (CSP).
• Develop and manage Integrated Program Baselines (IPB).
• Ensure delivery of all contractual requirements.
• Interface with Government PMs, CORs, and senior leadership.
• Lead program reviews, milestone briefings, and executive updates.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and program financial performance.
• Monitor EVM metrics (CPI/SPI, EAC, burn rate).
• Oversee staffing, subcontractors, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and SMEs.
• Mentor emerging leaders and technical staff.
• Drive integration across ISR systems, sensors, networks, and mission platforms.
• Ensure alignment between technical execution and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DoD acquisition frameworks.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks; support audits.
