Job summary

Etegent Technologies is seeking a Capture Manager to drive identified opportunities within the DoD, IC, and commercial sectors, focusing on AI/ML, computer vision, and software solutions. The role reports to the Director of Business Development and leads pre-RFP capture activities, shaping strategies and win themes to position the company for successful awards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in federal business development or capture management, with DoD/IC experience and strong communication

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in federal business development or capture management.
Experience supporting DoD/Intelligence Community customers is preferred.
Technical familiarity with AI/ML, computer vision, or software engineering is desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret US security clearance.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and commercial organizations across DoD and IC space.
Identify and assess new opportunities aligned with company capabilities and growth strategy.
Lead opportunity evaluations and support bid/no-bid decisions with BD and engineering leadership.
Develop and execute capture strategies and plans for priority opportunities.
Coordinate partnership strategies and teaming agreements with Contracts and leadership.
