Etegent Technologies is seeking a Hybrid Capture Manager to identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities within DoD, IC, and commercial markets, focusing on AI/ML, computer vision, and advanced software solutions. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will lead pre-RFP capture activities, coordinate with technical leadership, and position the company for successful awards.

This role requires DoD/IC market knowledge, a technical background, and the ability to develop

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal business development or capture management experience.
• Experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community customers.
• Technical background or familiarity with AI/ML, computer vision, software engineering, or advanced analytics.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes.
• Experience shaping opportunities prior to RFP release.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with DoD, IC and commercial stakeholders.
• Identify and assess opportunities aligned with company capabilities.
• Conduct market research on programs, SBIR topics, funding sources, and customer priorities.
• Lead opportunity evaluations and bid/no-bid decisions with BD and engineering leadership.
• Develop and execute capture strategies and plans for priority opportunities.
• Shape opportunities pre-solicitation through customer engagement and strategic positioning.
• Coordinate pricing and teaming strategy development with leadership.
• Attend and document industry days, customer briefings, and networking events at classified and unclassified levels.
• Lead company exhibition strategy and drive customer engagement.
• Lead engagements with customers, partners, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate partnership strategies and teaming agreements with Contracts and leadership.
