Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development and Capture leader to drive growth in C5ISR within the Global Solutions team. The role focuses on developing capture plans, leading teaming and partner identification, and winning major programs.

You will oversee external partnerships, coordinate NDAs and teaming agreements, and guide proposal strategies to meet customer requirements at competitive prices. Extensive travel and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight+ years of capture management and BD experience with DoW, IC, federal markets.
• Strong knowledge of federal procurement,capture lifecycle and government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new C5ISR opportunities and build pipelines.
• Develop capture plans, assess win themes, and coordinate teaming arrangements.
• Lead external teaming, subcontractor selection, and supplier relationships.
