Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to lead strategic opportunities in Global Training Solutions, interfacing with business development and market intelligence tools. You will develop capture plans, assess competitors, and architect teaming arrangements to win major programs.

Ideal candidates will have extensive DoD/federal procurement experience, a proven track record in winning procurements over $50M, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• Eight years of progressive capture management or related experience.
• Four years in DoD or Federal civilian agency business development.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and capture lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to build GTS’s pipeline.
• Engage in external teaming, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
• Develop capture plans and win strategies; lead cross-functional teams.
