Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Growth and Mission Support to drive new business and expand existing opportunities across Global Mission Support. This executive role partners with internal teams to integrate opportunities, lead capture, and direct large-scale proposals through to award.

A strong federal contracting background and proven revenue growth are essential. The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate a highly competitive

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of management experience in business development and execution within DoD and/or Federal civilian agencies.
• Ten (10) years in an executive BD role for Global Mission Support.
• Full knowledge of the federal procurement process with demonstrated capture lifecycle proficiency.
• Proven record of successful BD wins in relevant mission areas.

Responsibilities

• Establishes deep knowledge of V2X lines of business and strategic directions.
• Develops short- and long-range plans for expansion of opportunities (5-year plan).
• Leads new business proposal efforts ensuring compliance and cost objectives.
• Supports bid and proposal estimates and monitors progress against plan.
• Interfaces with partners to promote cooperative new business Pursuits and ventures.
