Quantum Sky is seeking a Senior Capture Director to lead complex, multi-team capture efforts for federal opportunities. The role combines strategic guidance, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on leadership to shape winning proposals and differentiated solutions.

You will work with Business Development Managers and executives across the enterprise, developing pricing strategies, shaping win themes, and driving responsive, compliant proposals for DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical or related field.
• 10+ years leading capture of large prime opportunities ($100M–$250M+) for Federal/DoD.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-enterprise collaboration.
• Excellent written and oral communication; comfortable leading meetings.
• Organizational skills; able to plan schedules and assign responsibilities.
• Process oriented with template-driven yet adaptable approach.
• Ability to manage change and lead Capture Team efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture within Quantum Sky's BD processes and policies.
• Identify clients, provide competitive intelligence, collaborate with BD managers.
• Foster relationships across the enterprise to enable effective communication.
• Facilitate pricing strategy development with developers, suppliers, pricing team.
• Ensure timely development of distinctive, integrated solutions.
• Meet or exceed performance goals to support growth.
