Job summary

Baker Tilly's Construction and Real Estate Advisory practice seeks a Manager who will perform construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments across the United States. You will develop industry knowledge and deliver integrated solutions addressing real estate and capital projects.

A bachelor's or master's in engineering, architecture, or construction management is required; CPA or CIA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in construction or real estate advisory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CIA/PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance for compliance and value.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities: data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting.
