You will perform program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments while guiding teams and clients through complex capital projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related fields, degrees in engineering/architecture/building science/construction management, and credentials such as CPA/CIA/CCA/CFE/PE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management, real estate advisory, or capital projects consulting.
• Experience in contract cost audits and real estate portfolio management.
• Knowledge of construction phases: planning, procurement, scheduling, cost estimating, closeout.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate process reviews and recommend improvements.
• Assess contracts, lease agreements, and capital project performance for compliance and best practices.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, and clients.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to operations and disposition aligned with objectives.
