Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in construction or real estate advisory.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting.
CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review construction and real estate processes for improvements.
Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance for compliance.
Provide recommendations to enhance transparency and efficiency.
Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project oversight.
Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition aligning with objectives.
