Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Construction and Real Estate Advisory Manager to perform program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate assessments across the United States. You will develop industry knowledge, deliver best-practice consulting, and support integrated solutions for capital projects and real estate operations.

The role requires five years of related experience, a relevant degree, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in construction management, real estate advisory, or capital projects consulting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; professional certifications encouraged (CPA/CIA/CCA/CFE/PMP/PE).
• Knowledge of construction phases including planning, procurement, cost estimating, and scheduling; real estate portfolio management and lease administration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate management reviews and analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance for compliance with terms and regulations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, and report preparation for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, and contractors to support oversight and risk mitigation.
• Support clients through the real estate and capital project lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
