• Lead cross-functional team to inform strategic decisions using market intelligence and trends.
• Define strategic value drivers with key suppliers to achieve cost savings and optimized processes.
• Integrate ESG measures into category strategies and sustainable sourcing practices.
• Lead SRM strategies and drive supplier-led innovations for long-term needs.
• Develop and activate procurement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement from sourcing to contract negotiation and execution.
• Lead and coach Managers, setting performance targets and planning workforce needs.
