Job summary

You will drive supplier diversity, sustainability, and SRM, manage risk, and lead a team of procurement specialists while partnering with business leads to shape staffing and capability needs. This role is based in Florham Park, NJ and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Mgmt or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related business or operations function.
• Experience managing teams and comprehensive understanding of procurement operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities from strategic sourcing to contracting, ensuring effective execution aligned with category strategy.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policy and support supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives.
• Drive supplier management and alignment to SRM strategy with Procurement Leads and Category Managers.
• Implement risk mitigation plans and provide input on supplier performance to safeguard the organization.
• Oversee contract execution activities and identify process inefficiencies to optimize purchasing.
