The Chemours Company is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for capital projects across multiple U.S. sites, including the Parkersburg, WV campus.

You will drive sourcing, contracting, and supplier relations to support plant expansions, reliability, and compliance initiatives. You will partner with project management, engineering, and EPC/EPCM teams to develop construction package strategies, manage risk, and deliver value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in procurement, sourcing, or commercial contracting.
• 5+ years supporting capital projects in chemical or related industries.
• Experience with capital projects >$5M and supplier negotiations.
• Proven ability to manage construction package strategies and procurement plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement for capital projects from FEL-1 through closeout.
• Develop strategies supporting plant expansions, maintenance, and regulatory initiatives.
• Partner with PM, Engineering, Construction, and EPC/EPCM teams.
• Manage bidding, evaluations, and contract awards for equipment and services.
• Implement contracting strategies based on scope and risk.
• Drive lifecycle cost reductions and minimize change orders.
• Oversee requisition-to-purchase processes and governance compliance.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders for capital projects at the Parkersburg, WV site.
