Job summary
The Chemours Company is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary regional team, oversee capital project plans, and drive safe, cost-effective execution across multiple manufacturing sites. You will align with the Capital Organization and COE Leader to deliver value through strong technical leadership.
You will manage budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships, ensuring governance and best practices while mentoring engineers and site staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of industrial or manufacturing project management experience.
- Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional engineering team to prepare and review capital project plans, specs, and cost estimates.
- Provide technical direction and oversee portfolio management across facilities.
- Ensure safe planning and execution of regional capital projects per safety standards.
- Collaborate with Capital Portfolio Manager to align on a consolidated project portfolio.
