Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to plan and oversee capital improvements, renovations, and construction across its real estate portfolio. You will coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholders, including lease management and multi-year capital planning.

The role requires experience in healthcare or related projects, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in construction project management or similar healthcare/real estate projects.
• Experience with capital planning, budgets, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of real estate development, asset management, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and contracts.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year capital plans with senior leadership.
• Plan and oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate planning, design, permitting, and communications with partners.
• Monitor costs and provide project updates.
• Oversee lease management and move coordination.
