Job summary

Seattle City Light's Strategic Capital Programs seeks a Capital Projects Coordinator to manage major infrastructure programs from concept to closeout. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, coordinating with engineering, environmental, finance, and management to ensure scope, budgets, and schedules are met.

Requirements include 3+ years in project or construction management and a Bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in project or construction management.
• Bachelor's degree as listed or equivalent experience.
• Experience in public sector contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception through closeout and reporting.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with field units, engineering, finance, and management.
• Ensure environmental reviews and permits are in place.
• Manage contractor and consultant contracts per City rules.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and executives.
• Travel to remote work sites as needed.
