You will supervise engineers, inspectors, and contract staff, guiding projects from initiation to close-out while coordinating with departments and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 8 years of progressively responsible professional engineering and project management experience.
Residents of Washington State.
Current Washington State PE license.
Master’s degree in civil engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

Directs capital projects from initiation through close-out.
Leads CIP and TIP development, budgeting, and scheduling.
Supervises engineers, inspectors, and contract staff.
Ensures compliance with laws, codes, and City policies.
