• Renewable energy mastery including customer-sited solar, battery storage and other voluntary renewables programs.
• Formal program management and life-cycle management experience.
• Leadership in a multi-discipline matrix organization.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and incorporate the voice of the customer.
• Commitment to environmental and economic equity in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewable energy, battery storage, or energy efficiency programs for customers across sectors.
• Apply program-management tools to ensure design thinking and documentation consistency.
• Incorporate voice of the customer and equity into program design via stakeholder engagement.
• Lead matrixed cross-functional teams for design, build, launch and implementation.
• Monitor and report on program performance during implementation.
• Address gaps, risks and changes to improve program effectiveness and progress.
• Select and manage external consultants with defined scopes and deliverables.
• Collaborate with strategy, planning, and engineering for DER technologies.
