Job summary

Amazon is seeking a finance-minded Program Manager to support capital planning operations within Tech Supply Chain's SCOPE portfolio. You will co-own the OP1/OP2 planning cycle, build business cases, and drive financial rigor across initiatives while exploring automation opportunities.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, shape investment trade-offs, and deliver governance and metrics that guide capital allocation. The role blends finance, program management, and process automation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting accounting/finance customers to set and manage expectations and deliverables.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Capital Planning Support: assist CAR process and capital planning across Tech-SC portfolio.
• OP1/OP2 Co-Ownership & Financial Analysis: co-own planning, build business cases, entitlements, investments.
• Process Automation & Innovation: define roadmap for automating capital planning; use AI tools to accelerate cycles.
• General Program Management: support intake, delivery assurance, and stakeholder coordination.
