You will scope, schedule, and lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinating with Real Estate, Engineering, Safety, Procurement, and Finance to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires strong program management experience, ability to influence across organizations, and travel up to 25% within the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management and real estate development experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master’s degree and professional license or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver capital projects on time and within budget.
• Provide technical direction and ensure design parameters meet standards across locations.
• Manage program budget and communicate status, risks, and changes to senior leadership.
