Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a motivated Associate, Capital Markets and Capital Formation to join the Corporate Finance team in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. You will manage the company’s financial structure, source capital, and optimize deployment for high-growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include financing strategy, transaction execution, financial modeling, and market intelligence. You will also manage lender and investor relationships, prepare external materials, and support term sheet

Qualifications

Experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and capital formation.
Strong ability to build and stress-test financial models.
Proven track record in financing strategy and transaction execution.

Responsibilities

Capital Formation: develop and execute the company’s capital strategy across debt, equity, and private placements.
Relationship Management: build and maintain ties with banks, institutional investors, and rating agencies.
Internal Capital Allocation: support treasury in cash flow forecasting and capital allocation decisions.
Produce timely market intelligence to inform strategy.
