Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly analytical Investor Relations Associate to strengthen connections with the investment community as it scales in a public market. You will coordinate earnings communications, manage roadshows, and handle data requests while partnering with Finance, Legal, and Communications to craft clear, consistent messaging.

The role reports to the SVP of Strategic Finance and Corporate Development and requires 3–5 years in IR or equity research, with a demonstrated track record in

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Equity Research.
• Experience supporting liquidity events (IPO or major public capital raise).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and GAAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and IR platforms like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, CRM.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with equity and debt providers and manage investor reporting.
• Coordinate investor roadshows and conferences, including scheduling and materials.
• Lead quarterly earnings process: draft press releases, scripts, Q&A, and presentations.
• Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from analysts, institutional investors, and retail shareholders.
• Develop messaging with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams.
• Monitor sell-side research and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Maintain IR events calendar and track shareholder ownership and trading trends.
• Identify and engage potential new institutional investors for engagement strategies.
