Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in any state.
• 7–10 years of transactional legal experience in complex corporate and finance transactions.
• Experience drafting, structuring, and negotiating financing documents with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute corporate financing and capital markets transactions from term sheet to closing.
• Draft, review, structure, and negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements.
• Support due diligence and manage document flow and closing logistics.
