Job summary

FCP Euro is seeking a Capacity Analyst to monitor, analyze, and report on capacity utilization across fulfillment centers to support operational performance. You will develop dashboards and forecasting models for storage, throughput, labor, and inventory trends, partnering with Operations, Supply Planning, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ecommerce warehousing.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Proficient in inventory slotting and capacity planning.
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Planning and Management: Create short, mid, and long-term storage capacity plans; identify bin size, count, and inventory storage requirements over 1-5 year horizons; collaborate with engineering on large-scale racking design changes.
• Inventory Optimization & Slotting: Develop and implement slotting strategies to drive operational efficiency, monitoring and adjusting based on data-driven insights.
• Reporting & Analytics: Lead the creation of core capacity and slotting metrics, implementing dashboards to provide visibility into capacity health and slotting performance.
