Job summary

FCP Euro is seeking a Capacity Analyst to monitor capacity utilization across fulfillment centers, creating dashboards and models to support data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Planning, Engineering, and Finance to optimize storage, labor, and throughput.

The role requires strong analytics, Excel expertise, and 4+ years in ecommerce warehousing, with a 4-year degree (MBA a plus).

Qualifications

• 4+ years in ecommerce warehousing.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Proficient in inventory slotting and capacity planning.
• 3+ years in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) and BI toolsets.
• Strong communication to explain data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan short-, mid-, and long-term storage capacity plans and collaborate on rack design changes.
• Develop and implement slotting strategies to drive efficiency based on data-driven insights.
• Lead the creation of core capacity and slotting metrics and dashboards.
