Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst, Capacity, to join the Capacity & Gastank Planning team. You will own the tactical execution of new merchant slotting and inventory planning, driving capacity decisions for go-live and rebalancing within the FC network.

You’ll run Gastank capacity checks and maintain reporting tools with cross-team collaboration. You’ll bring 3+ years in supply chain or related fields, strong SQL/Excel skills, and familiarity with AI-assisted modeling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain, fulfillment, or network ops.
• SQL and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with AI-supported model building is a plus.
• Ability to make judgments with incomplete information in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own new merchant slotting end-to-end: run Gastank capacity checks and coordinate go-live needs.
• Drive merchant inventory placement planning and model capacity impact.
• Field ad-hoc capacity requests and escalations from multiple teams.
• Maintain visibility and reporting tooling for capacity judgement across functions.
• Support Gastank capacity model data pipelines and validation.
• Build cross-functional relationships to keep capacity signals accurate.
• Document runbooks and train for backup coverage.
