Job summary

FCP Euro is seeking a Demand Planner to own the end-to-end demand planning process for assigned product categories, aligning cross-functional teams to produce a single, optimized demand plan. Qualifications

• BA or equivalent, preferably in a related area (supply chain, finance, engineering, economics).
• 4+ years of experience in demand planning in a high SKU count environment and experience with MRP or Demand Planning System.
• Experience operating within an IBP framework; implementing or maturing IBP is a plus.
• Driven, willing to dive deep and learn.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate large data sets into meaningful business recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Automotive aftermarket experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning for assigned product categories and improve forecast quality.
• Lead monthly consensus meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Translate initiatives like promotions and new launches into accurate demand plans.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the demand plan and propose mitigations.
• Partner with supply planning to align inventory strategies with demand.
• Champion S&OP deliverables to support executive decision-making.
