Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Data Center Capacity Analyst to help drive the Data Center Intelligence program. You will partner with Product, Sales Engineering, and General Management to report on dynamic initiatives and automate processes for efficiency.

The role emphasizes inventory management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize space, power, and operations across facilities. A strong finance/business operations background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of prior relevant work experience.
• Experience with inventory management and data analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage space and power inventory records.
• Maintain and standardize floor planning drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare and analyze capacity and inventory dashboards for multiple teams.
• Identify highly utilized electrical equipment and support mitigation tasks.
• Collaborate with leaders to monitor performance against objectives.
• Implement business process improvements to enhance data accuracy and speed of delivery.
• Create ad hoc reports and provide insights to inform decisions.
• Present analysis results to cross-functional teams with actionable recommendations.
