Job summary

FCP Euro is seeking a Demand Planner to lead end-to-end demand planning for key product categories and drive forecast accuracy. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Pricing, Merchandising, and Supply Planning to align on a single demand plan and translate business initiatives into actionable forecasts.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, scenario analysis, and proactive risk management to optimize inventory and service levels for a growing SKU set.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in demand planning in a high SKU count environment.
• Experience operating within an IBP framework; IBP implementation experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning for assigned product categories and improve forecast quality.
• Lead monthly Demand Planning and Consensus meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Translate promotions, launches, assortment changes into accurate demand plans.
• Develop forecasting insights and dashboards to monitor forecast health and drivers.
