Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead inventory controls, policy implementation, and receiving operations across its store network in Ohio. The role drives accuracy, training, and execution of operational initiatives to support compliant, efficient dispensary performance.

The successful candidate will supervise the inventory team, manage P&L considerations, and collaborate with store managers to meet strategic objectives while upholding safety standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervising training, quality, and customer service in retail.
• Minimum 4 years retail experience with inventory responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory initiatives and master calendar alignment.
• Ensure audit compliance and acceptable scores across stores.
• Lead cross-divisional collaboration to meet strategic objectives.
• Develop and enforce policies for retail staff and safety procedures.
• Provide leadership and training to improve store performance.
• Support other duties including sales, outreach, security, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance to be guest-ready and clean.
