King City Gardens is seeking a strategic, hands-on Inventory Manager to lead inventory operations across Ohio. You will own the end-to-end inventory lifecycle, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in inventory, supply chain, logistics or retail operations.
• 2+ years in leadership roles.
• METRC or seed-to-sale software experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, intake, vault, fulfillment, transfers, recalls, quarantine and destruction.
• Maintain inventory accuracy of inventory records.
• Ensure METRC and Dutchie accuracy.
• Conduct daily verifications, weekly cycle counts and monthly audits.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Lead and coach Inventory Specialists with regular feedback and performance management.
• Partner with Retail, Compliance, Purchasing, Security, Finance, IT, Marketing and vendors.
• Analyze inventory turns, shrink, forecasting, aging inventory and category performance.
• Support RFID initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
