Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Maintenance Planner II at The Ohio State University to plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance across campus facilities. You will develop work plans, manage spare parts inventories, and collaborate with technicians, engineering, and vendors to ensure safety and on-time completion of tasks.

You will track KPIs, maintain CMMS data, and support capital projects while generating detailed work orders and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Plans and schedules maintenance activities to prevent equipment downtime.
• Maintains accurate records and inventories for parts and consumables.
• Collaborates with technicians, engineering, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to avoid failures and downtime.
• Plan daily, weekly and annual maintenance activities, safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate utility outages when necessary.
• Track spare parts and maintenance supplies inventory.
• Work with technicians, engineering, and vendors on various scopes including capital projects.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports on maintenance effectiveness.
• Maintain CMMS records for compliance and cost tracking.
• Conduct plant walk-throughs and interact with employees and contractors.
• Generate and manage detailed work orders; estimate time and resources.
• Support capital projects with PMs, parts, inventory and CMMS setup.
