Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Maintenance Planner II to plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance across campus facilities. You will develop work plans, coordinate outages, manage spare parts inventory in CMMS, and generate detailed work orders while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Travel up to 5% domestically, daily site presence, and collaboration with technicians, engineers and vendors to align on PMs for boilers, chillers and turbines. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years maintenance experience as technician/supervisor/planner.
  • Must attend on-site work daily.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to avoid equipment failures and downtime.
  • Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and annual maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate utility outages when necessary.
  • Track and manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies.
  • Collaborate with technicians, engineering teams, and vendors on maintenance needs for major equipment.
  • Maintain CMMS records and generate detailed work orders.
