Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, owner's representation, development management, or related fields.
• Experience overseeing both horizontal infrastructure and vertical construction projects.
• Experience managing complex, multi-phase development and construction programs.
• Professional communication and leadership skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all active and planned design and construction projects across the Speros campus.
• Develop and maintain program schedules aligned with master planning and tenant commitments.
• Direct end-to-end delivery of horizontal and vertical construction projects; manage budgets and reimbursements.
• Review contractor/consultant invoices, change orders, and contract modifications; monitor schedules.
• Lead procurement, RFPs, and contractor selection; oversee construction administration activities.
