Job summary

Moffitt seeks a Construction Project Manager in a hybrid, part-time in-office capacity to lead capital projects in the Tampa area. You will coordinate internal teams, consultants, and authorities to ensure design through construction is delivered on time and within budget.

The role prioritizes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality outcomes while supporting continuous improvement and technology adoption. Healthcare construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum four years in construction or program management, with healthcare projects preferred.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and AHCA, TJC or similar AHJs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple capital projects from design through construction.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, and reporting across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and safe, compliant environments for patients and staff.
