Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in human resources, recruiting, or university relations preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional campus and community recruiting strategies and an annual event calendar.
• Cultivate partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations.
• Source, recruit, and hire interns across various roles.
• Lead searches and manage candidates through the recruiting process.
• Mentor the Campus and Community Recruiter and manage digital platforms.
