PenFed Credit Union in Tysons, Virginia is hiring a Hybrid Campaign Manager for Auto & Personal Loans to drive strategy, development and execution of marketing initiatives across product verticals and the PenFed brand. The role focuses on delivering KPIs to boost awareness, consideration and volume, while leading cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business goals.

Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
MBA or Master’s degree a plus.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong marketing strategy and project management principles.
Excellent writing, leadership, and presentation skills.
Experience in financial services is a plus.

Mansioni

Develop overall product marketing strategy using consumer insights and competitive research.
Maintain expert-level understanding of the full marketing mix across channels.
Serve as liaison between product teams, compliance, creative services, and partners.
Manage full execution of marketing strategy across traditional, digital, email and partnerships.
Lead meetings and marketing communications for product initiatives.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize channel mix.
Manage budget, forecasting, and reconciliation for product verticals.
