Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet overall revenue budget.
• Implement organizational campaign standards across events to hit annual budget.
• Maintain KPI visibility to forecast and adjust activity on schedule.
• Collaborate with leaders to build strategic plans and track progress.
• Develop a sponsorship pipeline by prospecting partners and closing deals.
