Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in a directly relatable fundraising role.
• Strong written and verbal communications and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising & relationship building to drive peer-to-peer campaigns.
• Maintain KPI view and inform strategy to hit revenue targets.
• Build sponsorship pipeline with corporate partners and close deals.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteers for revenue and mission.
• Collaborate with regional teams and shared service partners.
