• Support production planning by scheduling material availability and tracking requirements.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data including supplier information and inventory records.
• Communicate with internal teams about shortages, delays, and schedule changes.
• Assist in resolving supplier, shipment, or invoice discrepancies under supervision.
