Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Two or more years of purchasing experience.
• CPM or APICS desired.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend suppliers; develop bidder list and RFQs/ proposals.
• Conduct supplier site visits and evaluate production capability and delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders reflecting negotiated terms and lead times.
• Evaluate bids and select suppliers; negotiate price, delivery, and service.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
• Assist in continuous improvement of internal purchasing processes.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and compliance related to procurement.
• Share knowledge with team; participate in cross-functional projects.
